Application For CSRO Membership

Become a CSRO member! The CSRO seeks like-minded individuals that wish to share their experience(s), participate in our forum discussions, attend our meetings and expeditions or simply have an ongoing interest in the subject of Sasquatch or Sasquatch research. We welcome all who accept our Code of Ethics and Constitution. Several membership levels are available to cover a broad ranging demographic. Only voting memberships have access to our private forum. All membership are subject to our stated Terms and Conditions of membership.

Must be 18 years of age. Voting privileges.	Between the age of 12 and 18. Non voting. Parental approval mandatory.	Two parents (voting) and a maximum of two children (non-voting) below 18.	Persons selected by CSRO Executive in recognition for their contributions to the area of Sasquatch research and species protection. Non voting. CSRO Policies

Pledge of Confidentiality

The Executive of the CSRO hereby pledges to maintain the confidentiality of any and all reporting individuals and the identities of those individuals. We recognize the utmost importance of having individuals feel comfortable and secure in providing details regarding any Sasquatch encounter and as such, we will hold identities of those individuals in the strictest of confidences. Any details will only be divulged with the explicit consent of the individual.

Submission of the Application for Membership Form does not automatically result in acceptance to the CSRO. The CSRO maintains the full authority and right to refuse any membership application, revoke any membership that has already been granted, and immediately terminate membership without notice. Upon revocation of the membership, a refund of the membership fee for that fiscal year will be provided to the revoked member.

Any and all information provided in the membership application is for the internal use of the Executive of the CSRO and will not be disseminated publicly except in accordance with the applicants directions.

Membership Limitations

Membership in the CSRO does not authorize the member to commit CSRO funds, bind the CSRO or its members, nor commit the CSRO or its members in any fashion whatsoever to any obligations, legal or otherwise. Any comments made by an individual member are solely those of the member and are not endorsed in any fashion by the CSRO or its membership. Only the Executive of the CSRO has the authority to commit funds or bind the CSRO as per the Executive Rules of Procedure.
